Training and Consulting

We support people and organizations in building the skills and structures for activating youth power. We achieve this through Youth Power Training and Consulting, Listen, Listen, Act Training, and additional customizable trainings and consulting.

Youth Power Training and Consulting:

Supports nonprofits and funders in building structure(s) for youth power in their organizations. Typically, in partnership with The Opportunity Project, this looks like supporting non-profits with the launch of Youth Action Teams (i.e. Youth Advisory Boards). Listen, Listen, Act Training:

Supports educators and youth programming professionals in adapting our Listen, Listen, Act youth participatory action research and action civics curriculum to their unique context. To learn more, contact Rachel Humphrey at Learn more about the curriculum by clicking the "Read More" button below.

Customizable Trainings and Consulting:

Tulsa Changemakers staff have a series of workshops available to schools, communities, and partners. All workshops are customizable to the specifications of your group. We are also available for ongoing consultation and open to strategic partnerships. Examples of workshops include Asset Based Community Development, Authentic Youth-Adult Partnership, and Liberatory Design Thinking. To learn more, contact Hannah Jarman at
