The Tulsa Changemakers Advisory Committee is made up of Changemakers alumni, Changemakers parents/guardians, former Changemakers Coaches, and community leaders. The Committee is responsible for guiding the Changemakers organization, supporting alumni programs, and helping with other functions of the organization. For example, the 2019-20 Communications & Branding Subcommittee helped create the new logo. Meetings are once per month on Wednesdays from 5:00-6:00pm. In addition to the monthly meeting, all youth are responsible for participating on at least one subcommittee. Subcommittees are youth-led and youth may be responsible for meeting with their subcommittee in between Advisory Committee meetings. For example, the 2019-20 Elementary subcommittee needed an extra meeting to plan their welcoming event. Subcommittees include College and Career, Communications and Branding, Elementary, and Fundraising. Email Jake Lerner at firstname.lastname@example.org if you're interested in the Advisory Committee.
